Processing and Milling

FRC owns and operates three mills, two of which are located on a 26-acre industrial site adjacent to the Port of Sacramento, in West Sacramento, California and another located directly off I-5 in Woodland, CA. These state-of-the-art mills are high capacity facilities which operate with a minimum of labor and feature the latest in milling technology and process control. With all mills on-line simultaneously, the combined output is approximately 3,000 cwt (paddy basis) per hour.  The combination of state-of-the-art equipment and a highly experienced labor force helps FRC consistently produce high quality products.

Packaging

FRC packages various types of flexible packaging ranging in size from 500 grams to 1 metric ton. In addition to being able to package multiple sizes, FRC is also able to package the most popular types of bags in the industry. Multiwall paper, woven polypropylene, BOPP, clear laminates, metalized laminates, and cotton bags are just some of the types of materials FRC can package in. Through a perpetual search of innovative packaging ideas and a constant investment in new technologies, FRC leads the way in adding value to the rice it processes.
